I acknowledge that the records and information provided to me are directly accessed, compiled or duplicated from public records and other third party sources, are maintained and made available for convenience purposes only, are only as current as the public records and other third party sources on the date provided and may be affected by the completeness and accuracy of the record-keeping practices of the third parties that collect and maintain such information, the availability of such information from such third parties and/or the search criteria I use. I acknowledge that North Carolina Information Data, Inc. d/b/a Court Logic (“NCID”) provides access to records and information on an "as is" basis, makes no representation as to, and takes no responsibility for, the accuracy, currency or completeness of any such records and information, and that NCID is not responsible for the record keeping practices of third parties.
2. I agree to comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations regarding the use of the CourtLogic.com Website Record Retrieval Service (the “Services”) and CourtLogic.com (the “Website”) and the access to, publishing and use of public records (including, without limitation, criminal records) obtained through the Website or through my use of the Services, including, without limitation, the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681 et seq. and the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 2721 et seq. (collectively, the “Applicable Laws”). I agree to use the Services and any content, material or information found on the Services solely for lawful purposes. I represent and warrant that I will implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information I receive from NCID.
3. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless NCID (and its officers, directors, employees, and any company NCID uses to obtain records) from and against any claims of any nature by any party and any expenses and damages which arise or result from (i) the access, publishing or use of any information contrary to requirements of the Applicable Laws, and (ii) my use of the Services and the Website.
